MS sealant is a universal grade, all-weather adhesive sealant based on silyl-modified polymer technology. It combines the unique features of silicone and polyurethane sealants, curing into an elastic rubber by reaction with atmospheric moisture.

This universal sealant is specially developed for sealing building connections and expansion joints on most building materials including:
