High-quality polyurethane foam sealant is a single component, moisture curing, multi-purpose polyurethane foam filled
elastic sealing material. The polyurethane foam sealant is a special polyurethane product in which the polyurethane
prepolymer, the foaming agent, and the catalyst are packed in a pressure-resistant aerosol can. During the construction, the
aerosol colloid is sprayed to the part to be constructed through the matching sizing gun or manual nozzle, and the forming,
foaming, bonding and sealing process is completed in the short term. The curing foam elastomer has the advantages of
bonding, waterproofing, anti-shrinkage under the cold and anti-expanding under the heat, insulation, sound insulation and
even flame retardant (flame retardant type). It is widely used in the construction of the door and window joints, the expansion
joints and the filling of the holes seal.

Basic introduction
The general surface dry time in 10 minutes (room temperature 20 ℃ environment), the whole dry time with the ambient
temperature and humidity are different, under normal circumstances, the summer dry time is about 4-6 hours, in winter it takes
24 hours or longer to be dry. Under normal conditions of use (and in the case of a coating on its outside), the estimated
service life is not less than ten years, in the temperature range of -10 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ cured foam maintains good flexibility and
bonding force.
Construction guide
1. Shake can vigorously for one minute before use.
2. Clean and pre-moisten surface before use.
3. Firmly screw can on adapter, and turn the flow adjustment screw anticlockwise.
4. Fill vertical joints from the bottom up when half filled enough.
5. Foam begins to cure about ten minutes, wait for one hour before doing the next step.
6. Use knife to smooth out cured foam and treat surface with cement paint or silicone.
Safety instructions
1. Do not pierce or burn the tank and the empty cans, keep them away from the fire source and heat source.
2. Transportation, preservation process is strictly prohibited open fire, to avoid the impact and sunlight exposure, tank
temperature should not exceed 45 ℃.
3. Should not be inverted, under the normal state the tank is with pressure itself, improper disposal will be an explosion (or
burst) danger.
4. Wear protective goggles and gloves during construction and ensure good ventilation are needed.
5. If the foam accidentally touches the eyes and skin, wash it immediately with a cleaning agent, then rinse with water and
consult doctor if necessary. After curing, the foam can only be mechanically removed.
6. This product contains isocyanate components, uncured colloids are irritating.
7. Keep the cans and empty cans out of the reach of children in order to avoid accidents and hazards.
8. This product is flammable, explosive dangerous goods, transportation and storage according to the relevant provisions of
the product, please store in the cool dry place below 25 ℃, shelf life is generally about 9-12 months.
