Application Instructions
Construction Preparation
Clean the construction surface to ensure it is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, moisture, and other debris. Use cleaners, sandpaper, and other tools for cleaning and grinding. Prepare tools including glue guns, scrapers, and brushes.
Gluing Process
Install the glue gun properly and load the sealant. Aim at the gap or hole and squeeze the glue gun evenly to fill the sealant uniformly.
Compaction and Trimming
Use a scraper or other tools to compact the filled sealant, ensuring it fully fills the gap with a flat surface. For larger gaps, fill and compact in layers.
Final Steps
Clean excess sealant before it solidifies using a damp cloth or scraper. Allow the sealant to cure naturally and inspect the sealing effect after curing.
