- Prepare tools: grout, glue gun, gap cleaning tools, vacuum cleaner
- Clean tile gaps to 3mm depth and remove all debris
- Wipe gaps with damp rag to ensure clean surface
- Install appropriate nozzle and load grout into glue gun
- Apply grout evenly into gaps using consistent pressure
- Press seams after 10-15 minutes for smooth finish
- Clean excess grout after 24-hour curing period
- Inspect and rectify any uneven areas
