- Drilling: Drill holes at designated positions using an electric drill according to design requirements
- Hole Cleaning: Remove dust and debris using a brush or blower, then wipe hole walls with alcohol to ensure clean, dry surfaces
- Rebar Treatment: Clean rebar surface with wire brush to remove rust and oil stains, then wipe with alcohol
- Glue Mixing: Mix components A and B according to specified proportions and stir evenly
- Glue Injection: Inject mixed adhesive into holes using glue injector or syringe, filling approximately 2/3 of hole depth
- Rebar Implantation: Quickly insert treated rebar into hole, rotating to distribute glue evenly and expel air
- Curing: Allow proper curing time without disturbing rebar; typically requires several hours to several days at normal temperature
