Installation Procedure
- Drilling: Create holes at designated positions using electric drill
- Hole Cleaning: Remove dust and debris with brush/blower, clean with acetone/alcohol
- Rebar Treatment: Remove rust and oil stains, clean surface thoroughly
- Glue Mixing: Combine components A and B according to specified ratio, stir evenly
- Glue Injection: Fill holes to approximately 2/3 depth using injector/syringe
- Rebar Insertion: Quickly insert treated rebar, rotate to distribute glue and remove air
- Curing: Avoid disturbance during curing period (several hours to days at room temperature)
