Application Instructions
Step 1: Drilling
Drill holes at designated positions using an electric drill according to design specifications.
Step 2: Hole Cleaning
Remove dust and debris using a brush or blower, then wipe hole walls with acetone or alcohol to ensure clean, dry surfaces.
Step 3: Rebar Preparation
Clean rebar surfaces with a wire brush to remove rust and oil stains, then wipe with acetone or alcohol.
Step 4: Mixing
Combine components A and B according to product manual specifications and mix thoroughly until uniform.
Step 5: Injection
Inject the mixed adhesive into holes using a glue injector or syringe, filling approximately 2/3 of hole depth.
Step 6: Rebar Installation
Quickly insert prepared rebar into holes while rotating to distribute adhesive evenly and eliminate air pockets.
Step 7: Curing
Allow proper curing time as specified in product manual. Avoid disturbing rebar during curing period, typically several hours to days at normal temperature.
