Product Overview
This European-type diesel spray booth with turbo fan is designed for automotive, furniture, and industrial applications. It creates a perfect dust-free environment for painting and baking vehicles, furniture, and other products.

- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS 50mm thickness with 0.476mm colorful steel skin boards and galvanized steel roof panel
- Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction with 3 rows of grids and 2 rows of checkered plates
- Doors: 3 luxury front doors (3000mm x 2600mm) with 0.8mm colorful steel skin, plus emergency door and viewing window
- Air Circulation: 7.5kW direct drive intake fan, 5.5kW direct drive exhaust fan with BELIMO 20N electric damper
- Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260,000 Kcal/h with 4-5 minute heating time (20-60°C)
- Heat Exchanger: Stainless steel construction with 85% heat exchange rate
- Lighting: 32 ceiling LED lamps (16w) and 16 side LED lamps (16w) providing 1200 Lux illumination
- Air Purification: Dual filtering system with M pattern nonwoven filter bags and ceiling filters for 98% air cleanliness
- Pollution Control: M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System for clean emissions
