Product Overview
This European type diesel spray booth with turbo fan is widely used in automotive, furniture and other industries. It creates a perfect dust-free space for painting and baking cars, furniture, and other products. The system uses turbo fans as intake & exhaust fans for easy maintenance and features active carbon filtration for cleaner emission air.
Main Features
- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (expanded polystyrene) 50mm thickness with 0.476mm colorful steel skin boards. Galvanized steel roof panel.
- Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction with 3 rows of grids with floor filter & 2 rows of checkered plates. Full ramps included.
- Door: 3 luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin (3000mm W x 2600mm H). 1 emergency door with watching window and aluminum frame.
- Air Circulation System: 1 x 7.5kW direct drive intake fan, 1 x 5.5kW direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
- Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260,000 Kcal/h. Heating time 4-5 minutes (20-60°C). Maximum temperature 80°C. Fuel consumption 5-6kg/vehicle.
- Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel with 85% heat exchange rate.
- Lighting System: Ceiling light with 32 pcs of 16W LED lamps. Side light with 16 pcs of 16W LED lamps. 1200 Lux illumination.
- Air Purification: Dual filtering structure with M pattern nonwoven primary filter bags (captures granules >10μm) and ceiling filter (captures granules >5μm). Air cleanliness reaches 98%.
- Pollution Control System: Special M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System.
