Product Overview
This high-quality semi down draft car painting spray booth with turbo fan is designed for automotive, furniture, and industrial applications. It creates a perfect dust-free environment for painting and baking vehicles, furniture, and other products.
Main Features
- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (expanded polystyrene) 50mm thickness with colorful steel skin boards (0.426mm) and galvanized steel roof panel
- Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction with 2 rows of grids with floor filter & 3 rows of checkered plates, including 2 ramps
- Door System: 3 front doors with aluminum frame (3000mm x 2600mm) and 1 emergency door
- Air Circulation: 2x4kW intake fans, 1x5.5kW exhaust fan with BELIMO 20N electric damper
- Heating System: Italy Riello G20 diesel burner (200,000 Kcal/h) with 5-7 minute heating time (20-60°C), maximum temperature 80°C, fuel consumption 4-5kg/vehicle
- Heat Exchanger: Stainless steel construction with 85% heat exchange rate
- Lighting: 24 ceiling LED lamps (16W) and 16 side LED lamps (16W) providing 1200 Lux illumination
- Air Purification: Dual filtering structure with primary filter capturing granules >10μm and ceiling filter capturing granules >5μm, achieving 98% air cleanliness
- Pollution Control: Multi-layer fiberglass filter system
