Good quality semi down draft car painting spray booth

This high quality diesel/infrared car spray booth with turbo fan is widely used in automotive, furniture and other industry. It creats a perfect dustless space for painting and baking cars, furniture and other products. It uses centrifugal fans as intake & exhaust fans. It uses 3 ROWS OF GRIDS and 2 ROWS of checkered plates so the air can be recycled more quickly. LPG/GAS/diesel burner or infrared lamps are optional.

Configuration:
1)Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.426mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
2) Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 2 rows of grids with floor filter & 3 rows of checkered plates. 2 pcs of ramps.
3)Door: 3 pcs of front doors with aluminum frame. Size: 3000(w) x 2600(h). 1 pc of emergency door.
4)Air Circulation System: 2x4kw intake fan, 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
5)Burner: Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 200000Kcal/h. The heating time 5-7min(20-60。C). Max. temperature 

at 80。C. Fuel consumption is 4-5kg/vehicle.
5) Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
6)Lighting System: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps. 1200 Lux.
7)Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
8)Pollution Control System: Multi-layer fiberglass filter.
