Product Overview
This economic and high-quality car painting booth with centrifugal fan is widely used in automotive, furniture, and other industries. It creates a perfect dust-free space for painting and baking cars, furniture, and other products. The system uses centrifugal fans as intake and exhaust fans, featuring 3 rows of grids and 2 rows of checkered plates for faster air recycling. Optional heating sources include LPG, gas, diesel burners, or infrared lamps.

- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (expanded polystyrene) 50mm thickness with galvanized steel roof panel
- Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction with 2 rows of grids, floor filter, 3 rows of checkered plates, and 2 ramps
- Door: 3 front doors with aluminum frame (3000mm width x 2600mm height) and 1 emergency door
- Air Circulation System: 2x3kW intake fans, 1x4kW exhaust fan with BELIMO 20N electric damper
- Burner: Italy Riello G10 diesel burner, 100,000 Kcal/h with heating time 7-9 minutes (20-60°C), maximum temperature 80°C, fuel consumption 4-5kg/vehicle
- Heat Exchanger: Stainless steel construction with 85% heat exchange rate
- Lighting System: 24 pieces of 16W LED ceiling lamps providing 1200 Lux
- Air Purification: Dual filtering structure with primary filter capturing granules larger than 10μm and ceiling filter capturing granules bigger than 5μm, achieving 98% air cleanliness
- Pollution Control System: Multi-layer fiberglass filter
