Wallboard:  Rock wool wallboad 75mm thickness with excellent heat preservation performance ;  The Colorful steel skin boards have been HDG(hot dip galvanizing). High quality galvanized steel roof panel.

Door: 4 pcs of front doors with aluminum bordure. Size: 4000*4500(mm)(W*H). 2 pc of emergency doors 800*1800mm(W*H)/pc.

Intake Fan(2groups):  1 set of 11kw European type turbo fan/per group, total 2 setsof 11kw intake fans. BELIMO 20N electric damper. Siemens technology production, large air volume and low noise. Air flow:60,000m3/h.

Exhaust Fan(2rgoups):1 set of 11kw European type turbo fan/per group, total 2sets of 11kw exhaust fans, Air flow:60,000m3/h.

Filtering:  Multilayer filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The green filter on the basement plenum and exhaust fan can filter the paint and dust emission. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reach 98%.

Burner:  Original Italy RIELLO RG5S diesel burner, 260,000Kcal/h per unit, total 2 units of burners and 520,000Kcal/h. Max temperature at 80°C.

Heat Exchanger(2sets):  it’s made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.

LED Lighting System:  Ceiling lights have 20units×4pieces of 18w LED lamps. Side light has 8units×4pieces of 18w LED lamps.Bottom wall has 8 unitsX4pieces of 18w LED lamps,Total 144pieces of 18w LED lamps. 900 Lux.

Control System:  Microcomputer control system. Cabinet type, easy to control and maintain.
