The ASE-008E Engine Lubricating Oil Changer and Flushing Machine is designed for professional automotive engine maintenance. According to auto engine maintenance regulations, engines require oil replacement and internal cleaning every 5,000-10,000 kilometers. Under high-speed and high-temperature operating conditions, engines generate oil sludge, carbon deposits, and colloids that can lead to abnormal engine operation, faults, and potential accidents if not properly cleaned.

Equipment Design
The ASE-008E features a cabinet-type design with a top handle and bottom wheels for easy mobility. The oil pipes utilize quick-connect joints for simple installation and removal. The operation panel is designed for intuitive understanding and ease of use.
Operation Guidelines
Important: The equipment requires continuous monitoring during dynamic cleaning and deep oil changing operations.
Pre-Operation Preparation
- Position the vehicle in the workplace, switch off the engine, and lift to suitable position with driving wheels hanging in the air
- Use tools to dismantle oil filter and install appropriate adapter kit on the oil filter base according to the adapter table
- Place the cleaning filter core in the transparent filter cup of the equipment
- Check and confirm the following points:
- Oil adapter kit is tightly installed on the oil filter base
- Inlet/outlet hoses of oil adapter are correctly connected to outlet/return hoses of equipment
- Pressurized flush valve is adjusted to OFF position
- Regulator valve of pressurized flushing is adjusted counterclockwise to minimum port
- Adapter kits and equipment pipeline are properly connected to vehicle
