Equipment Design
The ASE-008E features a cabinet-style design with a top handle and bottom wheels for easy mobility. Quick-connect oil pipe joints enable simple installation and removal, while the intuitive operation panel ensures straightforward use.
Important: The equipment requires continuous monitoring during dynamic cleaning and deep oil changing processes.
Operation Preparation
- Position the vehicle in the workplace, turn off the engine, and lift to appropriate height with driving wheels suspended
- Remove oil filter and install appropriate adapter kit according to adapter table specifications
- Place cleaning filter core in the equipment's transparent filter cup
- Verify the following:
- Oil adapter kit is securely installed on oil filter base
- Inlet/outlet hoses are correctly connected to equipment outlet/return hoses
- Pressurized flush valve is set to OFF position
- Regulator valve for pressurized flushing is adjusted counterclockwise to minimum port
- Adapter kits and equipment pipelines are properly connected to vehicle
