Automotive Brake Oil Change Machine with PA Brake Material and 4LX2 Oil Tank Capacity

Parameter:

Method of operation:

1.    Make sure switches of New Oil Filling, Old Oil extraction and Waste Oil Drainage valve are off, connect equipment with air source ,

2.    Use oil pumper to extract old oil from brake fluid tank as more as possible and keep 50ml old oil in bottle as sample,

3.    Filling brake oil tank manually with detergent and feeding the remaining detergent from New Oil Filling port at the right top of equipment (releasing pressure is necessary when loosening it),

4.    Connect filling adapter of equipment, transparent tube (with quick joint) and brake fluid tank connector together, switch on New Oil Filling, adjust air pressure to 2kgs, slowly switch on Oil Filling Valve and observe the flow of fluid in tube to make sure the air in tube is extracted thoroughly. Switch off New Oil Filling ,and connect brake fluid tank connector with brake fluid port

5.    Use 4 hoses to connect 4 brake oil pumps of car and loosen the oil screw,

6.    Switch on Old Oil Recycling and New Oil Filling, Switch off them when no fluid flow from filling port to finish cleaning procedure,

7.    Filling 2 bottles of brake oil from New Oil Filling port at top right of equipment (releasing pressure is necessary when loosening it), then screw it up,

8.    Switch on Old Oil Recycling and New Oil Filling. Switch off New Oil Filling when fluid level in new oil watching window reach “02” and fluid level in brake oil tank is a little higher than highest line,

9.    Close oil screw and disconnect 4 hoses of brake oil quickly, sort out extracting oil pipe and wipe it with towel, then switch off Old Oil Extraction after putting extracting oil pipe back in right place,

10.Step brake 7-8 times ,then observe the fluid level in brake oil tank ,fill some more to suitable level and screw up tank cover, then begin driving test.
