Operation Method
- Ensure all switches (New Oil Filling, Old Oil Extraction, Waste Oil Drainage) are off and connect equipment to air source
- Use oil pumper to extract old oil from brake fluid tank, leaving 50ml as sample
- Fill brake oil tank manually with detergent and feed remaining detergent from New Oil Filling port (release pressure when loosening)
- Connect filling adapter, transparent tube, and brake fluid tank connector. Switch on New Oil Filling, adjust air pressure to 2kgs, slowly open Oil Filling Valve to remove air from tube, then connect to brake fluid port
- Connect 4 hoses to car's brake oil pumps and loosen oil screws
- Switch on Old Oil Recycling and New Oil Filling. Switch off when no fluid flows to complete cleaning
- Fill 2 bottles of brake oil from New Oil Filling port (release pressure when loosening), then secure
- Switch on Old Oil Recycling and New Oil Filling. Switch off New Oil Filling when fluid reaches "02" level and brake oil tank level is slightly above maximum line
- Close oil screws, disconnect 4 hoses quickly, clean extracting oil pipe, return pipe to position, then switch off Old Oil Extraction
- Step brake 7-8 times, observe fluid level, add more if needed, secure tank cover, and perform driving test
