WINTAI-9002 Gas Heating Turbo Fan Spray Booth is engineered for body shops with access to natural gas or LPG infrastructure, offering significantly lower fuel costs compared to diesel systems. The 36 IR lamp configuration provides uniform heat distribution for consistent paint curing. Gas combustion produces fewer particulate emissions, making it ideal for urban workshops under strict environmental regulations. WINTAI, established 2014 in Guangzhou, has deployed gas-heated spray booths across 30+ countries with a 99.2% customer satisfaction rating.
Main Features
1) Wallboard: 50mm EPS sandwich panels, 0.5mm galvanized steel skins. Rock wool option available for enhanced insulation.
2) Basement: Galvanized steel construction, 350mm pit height. 3 rows ventilation grids + 2 rows checkered plates. Anti-slip surface treatment.
3) Door: 4 front access doors (3000*2600mm each). 2 safety/emergency doors. Tempered glass viewing windows with aluminum frame.
4) Air System: 8.5KW intake turbo fan + 6.5KW exhaust turbo fan. BELIMO damper. Air velocity 0.35 m/s. 280 air changes/hour.
5) Gas Burner: 280,000 Kcal/h industrial gas burner. Stainless Steel 316L heat exchanger with 88% thermal efficiency. Fuel cost 40% lower than diesel.
