WINTAI-9004 is the all-electric solution for body shops prioritizing zero on-site emissions, low noise, and reduced operational complexity. The 34 ceiling IR lamps combined with 8 side IR panel arrays deliver precise, targeted heating without combustion byproducts — ideal for enclosed urban workshops, EV service centers, and facilities with strict fire safety requirements. VFD-controlled turbo fans automatically adjust speed based on operating mode, reducing energy consumption by up to 35% compared to fixed-speed systems. Main Features
1) Wallboard: EPS sandwich, 50mm, 0.5mm galvanized steel. Optional rock wool upgrade for cold climate operations. Thermal bridging minimized.
2) Basement: Galvanized steel + square tube frame. 300mm pit. 3 rows ventilation grids + 2 rows checkered plates. Ramps included.
3) Door: 3 front doors (3000*2600mm). 1 emergency door. Aluminum frame windows. Optional motorized roller shutter upgrade.
