Product Details
The blank mask and the ear loop welding are completed on one machine, and the whole machine is controlled by servo motor, without air compressor, which can run at high speed and make the machine more stable. The production speed is 250 pcs/minute.
The mask machine is equipped with four deviation correction instruments, which respectively control two layers of non-woven fabric,one layer of meltblown fabric and elastic fabric.The use of deviation correction instrument can ensure fast and unbiased feeding, greatly reducing the defective rate of masks and reducing manual intervention.
The knife stick in the welding part of the elastic ear loop is negative pressure suction to ensure the accurate welding position.The cutting and welding parts of the equipment are integrated, and the principle is simple and easy to adjust.
High-power ultrasonic welding equipment can weld multi-layer thick materials with firm welding.The mask ear belt rope can bear 3kg and the weld is not broken.
The equipment occupies a small area.Package and transport the whole machine. lt can be put into production after being disassembled.Equipment can be directly connected to packaging machine.
