Product Description
1. Properties
DY-E609 is two-component ultra-strength epoxy adhesive, which is developed by advanced and environmentally-friendly technique. It is characterized with low odor, high tensile and peel strength. It is resistant to water, oil, acid, and alkali.
2. Applications
DY-E609 is applicable to households and industries such as electronic appliances, mechanical equipment, hardware mechanical and electrical. It forms excellent self and inter-bonding to substances such as metals, woods, glass, ceramics, and rigid plastics.
3. Directions
1. Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth.
2. Remove the cap from the tube and puncture the tubes.
3. Mix part A and part B at the ratio of 1:1. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. It must be used within 30 minutes.
4. Apply a thin coat to both surfaces. Mixture will become warm while it sets. No clamping. Slight pressure is needed while material sets. If temperature is below 5℃, it will take a longer time to cure.

4. Storage & Warnings
Storage:
- Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
- Store the adhesive at room temperature.
- Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
- The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
