Product Description
1. Properties
DY-E730 is two-component steel epoxy adhesive, which is developed by advanced and environmentally-friendly technique and imported raw materials. It is characterized with low odor, fast curing at room temperature, strong bonding, and easy use. It is resistant to water, oil, acid, and alkali.
2. Applications
DY-E730 is applicable to bonding and repairing machinery, electronics, automobiles, shipbuilding, chemical industry, and handicrafts. It forms excellent self and inter-bonding to substances such as metals, rubbers, leathers, various kinds of plastics.
3. Directions
- Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth.
- Remove the cap from the tube and puncture the tubes.
- Mix part A and part B at the ratio of 1:1. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. It must be used within 20 minutes.
- Apply a thin coat to both surfaces. Mixture will become warm while it sets. No clamping. Slight pressure is needed while material sets. If temperature is below 5℃, it will take a longer time to cure.
4. Storage & Warnings
Storage:
- Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places.
- Store the adhesive at room temperature.
- Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
- The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
