1. Properties

DY-J8833 ADGESIVE for ELEVATOR CAGES, a modified acrylate AB glue, is characterized with high strength, high performance and impact resistance. It has the following advantages: High lap shear and peel strength; Excellent thixotropic property; Not easy to flow; Easy to use.

2. Applications

DY-J8833 ADGESIVE for ELEVATOR CAGES is not only suitable for elevator cages and other stainless steel with reinforcing ribs, but also for bonding metal, plastics and rubber.

3. Directions

Clean the contaminants like water, dusts, oil etc. on the surface of the substrate and keep it clean, dry and smooth.
Mix components A and B at the ratio of 1:1 in weight and apply the mixture onto the substrate to be bonded.
Press and rotate the substrates while bonding.
Initial curing in 5-10 minutes. It takes one hour and 24 hours to reach its use strength and maximum strength respectively.
DO NOT mix a great amount of adhesive at one time.

4. Storage & Warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing placesã€‚
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
