Product Description
1. Properties
DY-N553 is a single component pasty anaerobic adhesive with high strength and thixotropy. Rapid hardening, good flexibility, maximum resistance. This product is a versatile adhesive that bonds to a wide range of materials such as large mechanical equipment, petrochemical pipes, air conditioners, fire-fighting equipment, water supply equipment. It is applied to pipes under M80.
2. Directions
- Surfaces must be thoroughly clean, dry, and free of oil.
- Apply the adhesive to the bolt, keep enough adhesive between the nut and the bolt.
- Treatment by hand or glue gun is allowable. Baking or accelerator promoter is suggested at low temperature.
- Don’t move assembly part before it is fully dry.
3. Storage and warnings
Storage:
- Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
- Store the adhesive at room temperature.
- Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
- In the event of mass use, make a pre-test.
- The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes. Wear gloves while applying glue.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
