1. Properties
4-MIN EPOXY ADHESIVE is the adhesive for households and industries. Suitable for repairs and welds. Makes superior bond strength. Bonds to all metal, plastic, rubber, wood, ceramics, glass and concrete. Resistant to acid, alkali, and oil. Non-flammable, non-shrinking and waterproof. Makes metallic grey finish. Can be filed, grinded and drilled.
2. Applications
4-MIN EPOXY ADHESIVE is applicable to bonding and repairing machinery, electronics, automobiles, shipbuilding, chemical industry, and handicrafts. It forms excellent self and inter-bonding to substances such as metals, rubbers, leathers, various kinds of plastics.
3. Directions
- Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth.
- Remove the cap from the tube and puncture the tubes.
- Mix part A and part B at the ratio of 1:1. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. It must be used within 20 minutes.
- Apply a thin coat to both surfaces. Mixture will become warm while it sets. No clamping. Slight pressure is needed while material sets. If temperature is below 5℃, it will take a longer time to cure.
4. Storage & Warnings
Storage:
- Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places.
- Store the adhesive at room temperature.
- Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
- The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
