DY-N552 GAS PIPE SEALANT
Used for sealing and locking of the thread.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a kind of single component adhesive which is designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fastener. It is characterized with thixotropic, medium viscosity, medium strength. The Product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from stock and vibration. Applied for M6-M36, M20, below M30 locking and sealing, which require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. Typical usage is for screw nut locking.

APPLICATION METHOD
(1). Clean all the surfaces to be bonded, keep it clean, dry and without oil.
(2). Spray all threads with enough glue and allow to dry, better effect will be under the thickness of 0.05mm.
(3). The bigger gap will effect cure speed and strength, specially for using on bigger screw threads.
