Applications
This high-temperature silicone sealant incorporates advanced formulation technology to deliver superior sealing performance with high strength and excellent high-temperature resistance. It effectively replaces various rubber pads, asbestos mats, cork pads, and paper gaskets, providing reliable protection against water, oil, and gas leakage.
Suitable for use in automobiles, motorcycles, marine engines, gear boxes, fuel tanks, construction machinery, chemical equipment, pipeline pumps, instrumentation, electronics industry, and electrical machinery equipment. Ideal for flat flanges, pipe joints, and sealing cover joints.

Application Method
- Thoroughly clean all surfaces of oil and old gasket material
- Pierce the nozzle cap and apply gel evenly from outer edge to inner edge at approximately 1.6-3.2mm thickness
- Allow glue to react for 10-20 minutes until surface film forms, then press seal faces together and tighten
- Allow to cure at room temperature (25°C) for 10 hours or 24 hours before use for optimal sealing effect
- Replace cap after use to prevent remaining glue from solidifying. Wash hands with water and clean tools after operation
Precautions
- Maintain proper ventilation in work area and keep away from children
- If contact occurs with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with water and seek medical advice if necessary
- Store in dry, cool, well-ventilated areas away from high temperatures
- Conduct preliminary testing before batch use to ensure proper bonding quality
