High Temperature RTV Silicone Sealant Adhesive
Professional gasket maker and RTV silicone sealant designed for metal flange sealing applications. Available in DY-M583 (Silver), DY-M586 (Black), DY-M587 (Blue), and DY-M588 (Red) formulations.

Applications
Advanced high-temperature silicone sealant technology provides superior sealing performance with high strength and excellent temperature resistance. Effectively replaces various rubber pads, asbestos mats, cork pads, and paper gaskets. Provides reliable leak-proof sealing for water, oil, and gas applications.
Ideal for: automotive, motorcycle, marine engines, gear boxes, fuel tanks, construction machinery, chemical equipment, pipeline pumps, instrumentation, electronics, and electrical equipment. Suitable for flat flanges and pipe joints.

Application Method
- Thoroughly clean all surfaces of oil and old gasket material
- Pierce nozzle cap and apply gel evenly from outer to inner edge (1.6-3.2mm thickness)
- Allow 10-20 minutes for surface film formation, then press sealing faces together
- Let cure for 10 hours at 25°C (24 hours for optimal sealing performance)
- Replace cap after use to prevent remaining product from curing
Safety Precautions
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application
- Keep away from children
- In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice
- Store in dry, cool, well-ventilated area away from high temperatures
- Conduct preliminary testing before batch use to ensure proper bonding quality
