Application Areas
High-temperature silicone sealant manufactured using advanced technology. Provides excellent sealing performance, high strength, and superior high-temperature resistance. Can replace various rubber pads, asbestos mats, cork pads, and paper gaskets. Effectively prevents water, oil, and gas leakage with reliable leak-proof sealing.
Suitable for automobiles, motorcycles, marine engines, gear boxes, fuel tanks, construction machinery, chemical equipment, pipeline pumps, instrumentation, electronics industry, electrical equipment, and other machinery. Ideal for flat flanges, pipe joints, and sealing cover joints.
Operating temperature range: -60°C to +320°C

Application Method
- Clean all surfaces thoroughly to remove oil and old gasket material
- Pierce nozzle cap and apply gel evenly from outer edge to inner edge (1.6-3.2mm thickness)
- Allow 10-20 minutes for surface film reaction, then press sealing faces together and tighten
- Allow 10 hours at room temperature (25°C) or 24 hours for optimal sealing performance
- Replace cap after use to prevent remaining product from solidifying
- Wash hands with water after operation and clean tools promptly

- If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice
- Store in dry, cool, well-ventilated area away from high temperatures
- Conduct preliminary testing before batch use to ensure proper bonding quality
