Our facility utilizes vertical integration, molding our own actuator and valve components on-site. Assembly lines are climate-controlled to prevent contamination. After crimping, every unit undergoes weight testing pre- and post-propellant filling simulations to guarantee accurate dispensing system functionality and dosage.

Actuator and valve sub-assemblies are packaged in tamper-evident, plastic clam-shell trays, then boxed in corrugated master cartons. These cartons are stacked on uniform Euro pallets and secured with corner boards and heavy-duty strapping for optimal container utilization during packing and transportation.
