Double Membrane Biogas Storage System Overview
The double membrane biogas balloon represents advanced gas storage technology with superior corrosion resistance, environmental compatibility, and cost efficiency compared to traditional storage methods.
Structural Components
Bottom Membrane: Provides foundational sealing with exceptional corrosion resistance and impermeability, ensuring no gas escapes from the base.
Inner Membrane: Core gas storage component with excellent airtightness, maintaining gas purity by isolating stored gas from pressure-regulating air.
Outer Membrane: Creates pressure-regulating chamber and protects inner membrane from environmental factors.
Pressure Control Cabinet: Central control system for real-time pressure monitoring and regulation, ensuring stable tank operation.
Working Principle
The system maintains optimal pressure through coordinated membrane operation. When gas volume increases, regulating air is released to allow inner membrane expansion; when gas decreases, regulating air is injected to maintain pressure equilibrium and outer membrane rigidity.
