Our strict quality control system ensures the consistent delivery stable quality product all the time. There are more than 50 staffs in our quality control department. The QC control system is in accordance with the requirement of ISO9001. All the enamel tank & storage silo manufactured by our company should pass below 4 kinds of quality tests from the beginning of produce to delivery and make sure each product is high quality.
- Raw materials testing in the factory: ingredient analysis, impurities test;
- Recipe finalized small samples test: enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment, acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc.
- Middle stage products test: amplification experiment simulated environment;
- Destructive testing, detection, impact test, sparks test, sliced electric microscope analysis

Double checking is required before packaging, confirm the plate’s code and quality. The steel plates are separated with each other by PE foam, to avoid any damage on the coating surface. And the whole pallet are covered by a plastic film, tied by steel belt. Then the whole pallet is put inside a wooden box.
