Our brushed aluminum composite panels feature heat-resistant and waterproof coatings with two distinctive brushed finishes - gold and silver - that create exceptionally flat and smooth surfaces.
The panel structure consists of two corrosion-resistant aluminum sheets bonded to a polyethylene core. This combination, enhanced by the specialized brushing process, delivers superior performance for diverse customer requirements.
Each panel features three-layer construction: surface and back covers of high-strength aluminum alloy sheets with a core of non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) sheet. Surface coatings utilize premium paints from PPG (USA) and Becker (Sweden).
