PVDF Aluminum composite panel consists of two painted aluminum panels bonded to a polyethylene (PE) core material. ACM panels are excellent materials for indoor or outdoor applications, which require good dimensional stability, low weight, and a smooth, bright appearance.

Lightweight: With only half the weight of aluminum, it is much easier to handle and install. This not only reduces the physical effort required during installation but also puts less stress on the supporting structure.

Our PVDF White Aluminum Composite Panels are specifically engineered for high-rise building facades and exterior cladding projects in demanding climates, such as Southeast Asia and Central Asia.

Utilizing a 70% fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) coating, these panels offer extreme resistance to UV radiation, salt spray, and atmospheric pollution. This ensures that the matte white finish remains vibrant without chalking or fading for over 20 years.

With a 180° peel strength exceeding 7.0 N/mm, our panels maintain excellent bonding between the aluminum skin and the LDPE core, preventing delamination even under significant thermal expansion and contraction.

The PVDF coating provides a low surface energy finish, allowing dust and pollutants to be washed away by rainwater, significantly reducing building maintenance costs.

Available in B1 and A2 fire-rated cores, our materials comply with international safety standards, making them ideal for modern high-rise envelopes.

The panels are first wrapped in protective film to prevent any scratches or damage during transportation. They are then packed in strong wooden crates for added protection.

Each crate is labeled with the product name, size, and quantity for easy identification. Additional padding and cushioning materials are used to fill any empty spaces and provide extra protection.
