Premium Brushed Aluminum Composite Panels
Brushed aluminium composite panels consist of two coated-coil corrosion-resistant aluminium sheets permanently bonded to a polyethylene core. The aluminium surface features a brushed metal finish, providing a matte metallic appearance with superior weather resistance.
Our brushed ACM panels undergo a meticulous manufacturing process including de-estering, sanding, and washing. The unique film-forming technology after anodic oxidation treatment creates a protective layer that enhances the metal's natural luster while showcasing fine filament details.
Available in various brushed patterns including straight (long and short), random, threaded, corrugated, and swirled designs to match your architectural requirements. We use high-precision aluminium skins to ensure uniform coating surface and panel flatness.
