This premium Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) features a Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) resin coating on aluminum skins, delivering exceptional performance for architectural applications.
Product Construction
The panel consists of a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or mineral-filled core sandwiched between two aluminum sheets (0.2mm to 0.5mm thickness). The PVDF coating contains 70% or more PVDF resin applied via coil coating for uniform finish.
