Our helical gearboxes are crafted using reinforced cast iron HT250 for the housing, renowned for its exceptional density, strength, and crack resistance. The precision machining of the housing is carried out in our state-of-the-art imported machining center, ensuring top-notch quality.

• High-Strength Gear Material: The gears are crafted from high-strength 20CrMnTi, with a surface hardness reaching HRC58-62. Each gear is meticulously optimized to guarantee low noise, minimal vibration, and high bearing capacity.
• Quality Bearings and Seals: Equipped with bearings sourced from reputable brands like SKF, C&U, HRB, and oil seals from SKF, NAK, KSK.
• Durable Shafts: The shafts are constructed from 40Cr, undergoing multi-precision machining and rigorous dynamic and static balance tests to ensure quiet and smooth gearbox operation.

Each helical gearbox goes through a meticulous testing regimen:

• Thorough cleaning with diesel oil
• Painting before being powered on
• Pressurization to 2.5KG using a leak tester to confirm no oil leakage
• Noise level testing with a decibel meter to ensure compliance with quality standards
