Lupranate M20S Polymeric MDI Liquid Isocyanate - 31.5% NCO Content, 200 cps Viscosity for Rigid Foam Insulation
Lupranate® M20S is a polymeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) with a functionality of approximately 2.7, designed for high-performance polyurethane applications. This dark brown liquid isocyanate blend serves as a key component in manufacturing rigid foam insulation and various polyurethane products.
- Rigid insulation foams via molding, spraying, and frothing processes
- Rigid and semi-flexible integral skin foams
- Adhesives, sealants, and elastomers
- High-resiliency flexible foams
In low-catalyzed rigid urethane formulations, Lupranate M20S extends foam rise time by 20-30%, providing advantageous slower reactivity for large rigid foam panels and molded flexible foam applications.
