Lupranate M20S Polymeric MDI for PU Insulation - 31.5% NCO Content, 200 cps Viscosity
Lupranate® M20S is a polymeric MDI with a functionality of approximately 2.7, designed for producing rigid insulation foams through molding, spraying, and frothing processes. This versatile material is also suitable for rigid and semi-flexible integral skin foams, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, and high-resiliency flexible foams.

Lupranate M20S is supplied in tank cars, tank trucks, and drums. Once opened, containers must be protected from moisture. Optimal storage temperature is 15-35°C. Higher temperatures or moisture exposure may cause viscosity increases. Below 15°C, pumping and pouring become difficult. Crystallization may occur below 0°C.
Shelf life is six months when stored at 15-35°C with moisture exclusion.
