In low-catalyzed rigid urethane formulations, Lupranate M20S extends foam rise time by 20-30%, providing significant advantages for large rigid foam panels and molded flexible foam applications where controlled reactivity is essential.
Available in tank cars, tank trucks, and drums. Optimal storage temperature range is 15-35°C. Below 15°C, pumping and pouring become difficult, while crystallization may occur below 0°C. Shelf life is six months when stored at 15-35°C with moisture exclusion.
Lupranate M20S is used to prepare various polyurethane products. As organic materials, polyurethanes must be considered combustible. Proper safety protocols should be followed during handling and processing.
