PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Silicone V-538 is special designed for fine cells and high breathability polyurethane slabstock

foam, yield good hardnessand ball rebound compared with conventional silicone. Excellent

processing latitude in box as well as machine foam having density from 10kg/m³ to 50kg/m³.

KEY FREATURES
High breathability and high hardness.

Medium potency, designed for density above 10 kg/m³ slabstock foam.

Required increase 5-10% tin catalyst in low density or high filler formulations compared with

conventional silicones due to its high breathability.

Fine cell structure and high resilience.

Provide excellent foam processing latitude.
