System Features
Cage Mesh
Constructed from Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire mesh with a smooth, burr-free surface that protects chickens from foot and skin injuries. The specially designed bottom mesh allows eggs to roll away safely, effectively preventing cracks and breakage.
Trough
Made from high-strength Al-Mg-Zn alloy (10% Al, 3% Mg) with thickness options of 0.95 mm or 0.98 mm. Features smooth edges for effortless cleaning and robust, long-lasting design. Available in two versions: 0.98 mm thickness with flanged edges, or 0.95 mm thickness without flanged edges.
700 mm Story Height
Significantly reduces the risk of chickens pecking at the manure belt while optimizing light distribution within the cage. Improves ventilation through greater airflow and decreased negative pressure, allowing birds to breathe more easily and experience less stress.
Feeding Trolley
Simple structure promotes uniform feed distribution with straightforward operation. Features transparent viewing ports on each hopper, large-capacity design for circular feeding, dust cover, feed leveler, and patented residue collector to minimize feed waste.
Manure Belt Bracket
Constructed from Al-Zn-Mg alloy material with high anti-corrosion performance and smooth surface to avoid scratching the belt. Curved bracket design ensures stable belt tracking and prevents manure from falling onto the cage net.
Control Cabinet
Offers robust functionality and reliable performance with centralized operation, supporting both automatic and manual control modes. Assembled and debugged in our own electrical control workshop to ensure strict quality control for stable, long-lasting operation.
