Q1: What's your Opener Range?

2) AC Motor 3 Phase (380V 50Hz)

3)  AC&DC Motor (24VDC 50Hz)

Q2: What's the material of Motor Winding?

-The main material is 100% Copper Wire, and the Aluminum Wire is for optional.

Q3: Is the contactor or relay in the control panel of motor?

-Relay, usually there are 4 relays in the control panel of the motor. 

Q4: How many days will Door Motor samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

-Generally, within one week for Door Motor samples making.

-The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity. normally,We finish within 20 days. 

Q5: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

-The Width ,Height and Weight of the Shutter/Door
