Attractive Polyester Fiber Acoustic Panel for Modern and Stylish Acoustic Design
Polyester fiber sound-absorbing board is an indoor acoustic decorative material made of polyester fiber (PET) as the main raw material. It has the characteristics of sound absorption, noise reduction, environmental protection, and fire prevention. It is widely used in construction, decoration, audio-visual rooms, offices and other places.

Key Features
1. Sound Absorption & Noise Reduction
The material's porous structure, formed by randomly interwoven polyester fibers, effectively traps and dissipates sound wave energy. This reduces echo, reverberation, and background noise, significantly improving indoor acoustic comfort.
Particularly effective in the mid- to high-frequency range (500–4000 Hz), making it ideal for environments where speech clarity is important, such as offices, classrooms, conference rooms, and recording studios.
The open-cell fiber network converts sound energy into minute amounts of heat via friction, rather than reflecting it back into the room – a principle known as micro-porous absorption.
Noise reduction coefficient (NRC) typically ranges from 0.85 to 0.95 depending on thickness and density, offering flexible solutions for different acoustic requirements.
2. Environmentally Friendly & Safe
Manufactured from 100% polyester fiber, often derived from recycled materials such as post-consumer PET bottles, contributing to circular economy goals and reducing landfill waste.
Completely free of formaldehyde, asbestos, CFCs, and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs) – safe for use in schools, hospitals, nurseries, and residential spaces.
Meets stringent international environmental standards, including E0/E1 grade (lowest formaldehyde emission), GREENGUARD Gold, and REACH compliance.
Does not release irritating or toxic fumes even under high temperatures (though it is not fireproof by itself; flame-retardant versions are available).
100% recyclable at end of life – can be shredded and remanufactured into new acoustic panels.
