Working principle:
Powder spreading:

Powder shaking:

After the powder spreading is completed, the machine will start the vibration powder shaking system. Through high-frequency vibration, the excess or unattached powder is shaken off the surface of the pattern to ensure that the powder is only retained in the area where color fixation is required. This process helps to improve the clarity of the pattern and the sharpness of the edges.

Drying:

Finally, the DTF powder shaker uses an efficient drying module to heat and dry the pattern with powder. Under the action of high temperature, the powder will quickly melt and tightly bond with the fabric or transfer film to form a solid pattern layer. The drying process not only helps to fix the color, but also improves the wear resistance, washability and durability of the pattern.
