Rack and tunnel design:
The rack is stable and can withstand various forces and temperature changes generated during the baking process.

The baking tunnel is designed to be longer in length to increase the residence time of the material during the baking process, thereby ensuring more adequate color fixation and drying effects.

Heating module:
The tunnel is equipped with multiple heating modules, which can be independently controlled to adjust the heating temperature and baking time according to actual needs.

Conveyor system:
The equipment is equipped with an efficient mesh belt conveyor, which can smoothly convey the material from one end of the tunnel to the other.

When the powder shaking machine with extended baking tunnel is working, it first shakes the powder shaking mechanism to make the powder evenly adhere to the surface of the material, places the material to be baked on the conveyor belt, and sends it into the baking tunnel through the conveyor system. In the tunnel, the material is baked and dried by multiple heating modules. As the material continues to move forward, the powder on its surface gradually solidifies and dries, and is finally output from the other end of the tunnel.
