DTF powder shaker working process:

Powder preparation:
Prepare an appropriate amount of white ink powder or other required powder materials in the powder shaker. These powders are the key media in the thermal transfer process.

Uniform powder spreading:
Start the DTF powder shaker and use its unique shaking mechanism to evenly and delicately sprinkle the powder on the printed pattern. The design of the powder shaker ensures that the powder can be evenly covered on the surface of the pattern without omission or accumulation.

Powder adhesion:
Through the shaking action of the powder shaker, the powder will firmly adhere to the ink layer of the pattern. This process provides good preparation conditions for subsequent thermal transfer.

Baking and color fixing:
After the powder is sprinkled, the DTF film with the pattern needs to be placed in the baking equipment for high-temperature baking. During this process, the powder will melt and tightly combine with the ink layer of the pattern to form a solid pattern layer.

Heat transfer:
Finally, use a heat press to transfer the pattern on the DTF film with the pattern to fabric or other materials. Under the high temperature and pressure of the heat press, the pattern will firmly adhere to the surface of the material to form a permanent pattern
