Powder shaking and powder sprinkling:
The powder shaking machine will evenly sprinkle the powder on the pattern through vibration or rotation, and minimize the powder residue outside the pattern.

Drying:
The heat transfer film sprinkled with hot melt powder is sent to the DTF powder shaking dryer for drying, and the heat transfer film is heated to melt the hot melt powder and tightly combine with the heat transfer film. The drying temperature and time should be precisely controlled according to the characteristics of the hot melt powder and the requirements of the heat transfer film to ensure the drying effect and quality.

Cooling:
After drying, the heat transfer film needs to be cooled, and the front baffle of the powder shaking machine is equipped with an air cooling system. After cooling, the heat transfer film pattern is more solid and not easy to fall off.
