The powder shaking machine mainly achieves uniform spreading or conveying of powdered materials through vibration and conveying mechanism.

Vibration mechanism:
After starting, the vibrator inside the powder shaking machine generates high-frequency vibration, which causes the material in the container where the powdered material is stored to be subjected to the vibration force, thereby gradually loosening and preparing to flow downward.

Powder conveying:
As the vibration continues, the powdered material forms a continuous flow state in the container and is guided to the required position through a specific mesh belt.

Precise control:
To ensure uniform spreading and precise control of the powder, it is equipped with an advanced control system to adjust parameters such as vibration intensity, conveying speed, and temperature according to printing requirements.
