Powdering
The hot melt adhesive powder on the powder shaking machine can be evenly spread on the pattern of the heat transfer film through the powder shaking bin. In this process, it is necessary to ensure that the amount of powder spread is moderate and even to avoid the problem of too much or too little powder in the subsequent steps.

After the powdering is completed, the powder shaking rod starts to work. It shakes off the excess hot melt powder on the back of the heat transfer film by beating it off. This step is crucial to improve the clarity and hot stamping effect of the heat transfer pattern because it ensures that only the necessary powder is attached to the heat transfer film.

Transmission and drying
The heat transfer film after the powder shaking treatment is sent to the drying tunnel for drying through the mesh belt transmission system. The high temperature environment in the drying tunnel can quickly solidify the hot melt adhesive powder, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the heat transfer pattern and the fabric. This step is the key link to ensure the final effect of the heat transfer pattern.
