Working principle
Powder: Through a specific device, the prepared hot melt adhesive powder is evenly sprinkled on the hot film of the printed pattern, ensuring that the pattern is completely covered.
Shake powder: Use the shake powder rod to beat the back of the hot painting film, shake off the excess hot melt powder, so that the hot melt powder adhesion on the pattern is more uniform, while avoiding waste.
Drying: Through the drying tunnel or heating device, the hot paint pattern with hot melt powder is dried, so that the hot melt powder is firmly attached to the hot paint film, so as to prepare for the subsequent hot printing process.
