Ultrafiltration technology selectively separates substances through a membrane's microporous structure on its surface. When a liquid mixture flows through the membrane under a certain pressure, small molecular solutes pass through (ultrafiltrate), while large molecular substances are retained. This increases the concentration of large molecules in the original liquid (concentrate) and successfully separates, concentrates, and purifies molecules. A pressure of 0.1~3bar is typically used.
Ultrafiltration equipment functions on membrane separation technology. Water flow containing pollutants is passed through the ultrafiltration membrane. Water molecules and small molecular substances can penetrate the membrane, whereas larger particles and pollutants are retained on the membrane surface and created into a concentrate. The concentrate can be discharged or further processed after treatment.

The backwash flux ranged from 180 to 240 L/m2*h can be achieved by the filtration system.
The filtration system is designed to operate with a maximum transmembrane pressure difference of 0.2MPa.
The maximum water inlet pressure the filtration system can handle is 0.5MPa.
The filtration cycle of the system can be set for 20 to 60 minutes.
The backwash time can be set from 30 to 60 seconds for effective cleaning of the system.
The filtration system can handle influent particles of size less than 150μm.
