1.What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for each of our products is 1.

2.Can I customize products?
Yes. Let me know the specific customization requirements, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

3.How long is the production time?
It depends on the time you placed the order, and the complication of the design. Usually,

after you approved our design pictures, the unit will be finished in 10--20 days (including test, and quality control).

4.Do you provide different standard blower?
Because different countries are using different plugs and voltage.In order to send the right blower for you,

please kindly tell us what standard of plug sand voltage you use.

5.What kind of packaging do you use?
We use PVC packaging, but we also customize packaging for our OEMcustomers.

6.Do you offer after-sales service?
Three-year warranty and local repair.with using under the user instructions.please don't worry,

take pictures and send videos to us, we will find the cause of the problem, and make a solution policy for you.

7.How do I pay?
You can choose from T/T.Credit Card.PayPal,E - Checking,LC, Pay Later.
